Dylan T. Duren
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dylan graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. Dylan later returned to Tulsa and earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2013. Dylan concentrates his practice on matters concerning business and construction litigation. His practice primarily includes filing and foreclosing mechanic's and materialmen's liens for laborers and suppliers, drafting and reviewing construction contracts, and resolving disputes related to performance, non-payment, or workmanship through litigation and arbitration. In addition, Dylan prepares wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, assists in real estate transactions, and handles disputes involving Oklahoma's Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act. Each year, Dylan is honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the Construction Litigation and Business Litigation practice areas and by Best Lawyers in the Construction Litigation practice area.
